My Personalized Approach
I specialize in T-shirt and memory quilts. Once your order is placed I conduct a one hour, one-to-one client consultation before I begin each quilt so its layout is customized to each client specification. During our consultation I will suggest colors for backings and borders, but ultimately this is your quilt. I take time to discover the vision you have for each quilt, I learn about who the quilt is for, and the memories you wish to preserve. My individualized approach is what makes my quilts so special - it provides insight to add effects that make each quilt personal and special so the finished quilt is the treasured keepsake you envisioned.
Materials & Care
We use high quality materials to create a soft and cozy quilt that you will love to wrap up in.
In addition to your t-shirts and special memory clothing you send us, we use high-quality materials to create your quilt. In order to keep your quilt as soft and pliable as the original garment being used we do not use any interfacing nor iron-on stabilizer on your t-shirts or clothing.
The top is layered with Heirloom Premium 80/20 cotton blend batting, backed with super soft Shannon Minky fabric which is 100% polyester, and quilted with an edge-to-edge computerized pattern of your choice. A 100% cotton backing can be used if preferred. Your quilt is then bound with 100% cotton fabric or Minky fabric.
Quilts can be machine washed in cold water, and tumble dried on a low setting.

Quilt stitching is the stitches that hold together the three layers of your quilt – the top, batting, and the back.

Our computerized machine stitching allows you to choose from dozens of decorative stitches that further allow you to personalize your quilt.

Your stitching can reflect the memories and interest your t-shirts and clothing hold.
Example: If your quilt is made up of T-shirts from years playing soccer - then your stitching can be done in a soccer ball design.

Minky Backing Color Options
Minky Backing
Cuddle Up in Your Super Soft Cozy Quilt!
All of our quilts are backed with our super soft, plush Minky fabric backing because they make our quilts very soft and cuddly. Some people say it feels like real mink or soft as cashmere, unlike regular fleece.
We offer many different Minky backing colors to fit every style and design.
Special Touches Add-on Options
Every Quilting project is special and unique. Our add-on options give you the opportunity so you can add a flair of creativity for a one-of-a-kind heart-felt keepsake gift that is the highlight of any occasion.
Custom Design Stitching
Our computerized machine stitching gives us the flexibility to custom stitch each quilt. If you're looking for a unique design to finish your quilt that is not in our stitching database, we can have one custom-designed for you for the added cost of $15 per design.
Embroidery
We can embroider almost anything you want onto any square of your quilt. You can get creative to include a school name, graduation year, name and date, or a custom insignia. Embroidery is an additional $10 per square.
Photo & Images Direct To Fabric Printing
With our direct-to-garment printing capability, you can make your quilt even more personal by adding pictures or special images to your quilt or pillow! We can include personal notes that will honor every quilt. Photographs and images can be scanned and transferred onto fabric for $10 per image. Photographs and images are machine washable.

Customized Squares
Create a square with materials such as zip-up jackets, shoelaces, ribbons, etc. Customized squares are $15 per square.

How to Prepare T-Shirts & Garments
1. Wash T-Shirts & Garments
Wash your items without fabric softener or dryer sheets. Please wash the shirts even if they’ve been living in a bin, it makes our job a little bit easier.
2. Mark Your Items
We try to include all graphics and patterns on each shirt, so unless otherwise noted all graphics will be included. If there is a part of your T-shirt that you DO NOT want to be used, X it out with blue painter’s masking tape. We will use everything that is not X’d out. We will only be cutting out the design or graphic on your T-shirts.
3. Fill Out Order Forms For Each Quilt
A separate order form needs to be completed for each quilt. If you are ordering more than one quilt, please separate the t-shirts into separate piles for each quilt. If it does not matter which shirts go with which quilt, please note that in the comments section of this form.
4. Print & Include Order Form With Items
Please add any special requests we discussed through messages or over the phone in the comment sections in the order form so we can make sure your quilt is made exactly how you want it! If we communicated via e-mail about a special issue or request, please print out and attach that email to your order form. This is important!
5. Set Up Consultation
The cost of your quilt includes batting and binding, as well as 1 hour of consultation time at any point during the quilting process. Please feel free to reach out at any time. We know that this quilt is special and want to make sure you love it.
